PMK Machinery

PMK Machinery was founded by a second generation woodworker.  He runs a very successful cabinet door shop that has been in business for over 35 years.  Like anyone else in business for themselves, he is always looking for a better way of manufacturing doors.  Efficiency, safety, productivity and quality are always the top priority.

Efficiency, safety, productivity and quality didn't go along with the conventional methods of coping door rails.  Splintered work pieces, replacing backer strips and having to cut parts over and over again because of worn backer strips are all problems that plague the conventional methods causing lots of grief.  There has to be a better way!  Knowing the nature of wood and the principles that go along with woodworking, the founder of PMK Machinery decided that it could be done.  He went to work on an idea that would lead to the creation and development of the PMK C-1203 Chipless Cope Machine.

By developing this new concept of coping, it improved efficiency, safety, productivity and quality.  It also enabled the coping of pre-profiled parts making it very efficient to incorporate the use of a molding machine to run door rails in full lengths.  All of this leads to multiple advantages; cuts labor cost, cuts material cost and manufacturing time in producing raised panel doors,interior and exterior doors and an excellant end matcher for doing flooring. The C-1203 Coping Machine/End-Matcher is the solution.
